Weight Watchers Fajita Recipe

If you prepare the weight watchers fajita recipe it will still have the real text-mex taste, whilst you are using only a minimal amount of chalories and you will stay healthy.  You can also use pork (lean) instead of chicken so you can vary the taste as you like - but most people prefer chicken. 

I wouldn't suggest using beef or steak as this would increase a lot the chalories intake.  

Ingredients you will need for the weight watchers fajita recipe:  

pieces of chicken

lemon sauce (preferabbly soy sauce)

peppers (green)  

Step by step instructions to creating an authentic taste :-  

create a mixture from the ingredients (except chicken) and coat the chicken with it, and put everything in a sealable plastic container and put everything in the refrigerator preferabbly leave for at least three hours in the fridge.   

Boil the chicken for a couple of minutes   in the meantime you can cut the vegetables, peppers, tomatoes and anything else you like - you can add as many vegetables as you like - as you know vegetables are healthy and very low in carb and fats   after the three hours that the plastic container has been in the fridge you should prepare the pan with some oil (preferabbly olive oil, but absolutely no butter!) and just put everything inside

- do not fry the ingredients - just wait a couple of minutes until they get slightly hotter instead.   if you can buy fajitas which are marked as 'fat or carb free' that way you diminish your carb intake also from these whilst in the meantime you are ready to prepare. 

I would suggest that you also heat a bit the fajita.   Get all the ingredients together and you are ready to serve a healthy fajita -

which will help you keep your fantastic figure - or achieve the weight or figure you want.
